Chp. 7 verse 12: Introduction, to the concept of listening even to the smallest of commandments.

Chp. 7 verses 13 - 26: Continues with the benefits of being obedient and following God's laws. Moshe is telling the people that they should be confident since God is in their midst.

Chp. 8 verses 1 - 4: A warning to not be overconfident the necessity to keep every commandment as if it was the only one.

Chp. 8 verses 19 and 20: Moshe warns them against serving idols. Chp. 9 verses 1 - 17, here Moshe is warning the Nation against self righteousness.

chp. 9 verses 18 - 29: Moshe tells them what he did after he broke the first set of Tablets and how he had to plead with Hashem for their survival. Chp. 10 verses 1 - 6: Moshe continues with his narrative and tells them about the second set of Tablets and the wooden ark that he made.

Chp. 10 verses 7 - 12: Moshe continues relating to the people about past events. He then instructs them on how to serve God!

Chp. 10 verses 10 - 22; Moshe instructs the people about following tin the ways of God. Chp. 11 verses 1 - 12: A command to love and serve God. Moshe tells them that were eye witnesses to all the miracles that God performed for them. He reviews historical events such as Dasan and Avirum who were swallowed up by the earth. He also tells them of the benefits of living in the land of Israel that is watered by God, rather than by carrying buckets.
